Haiti Music Education Support Project

The devastation caused by the earthquake in Haiti is overwhelming. Everyone shares the shock of the extent of what has happened and the desire to be able to help in some way.  1308 is bringing people together to be of service to those in need.  We are helping to link and connect individuals and organizations who have stepped forward to get things done.  We are also continuing our music education support program and we want to salute everyone involved in reaching out to foster disaster relief, recovery, and the future of Haiti. To get involved visit  www.haitiaccountability.org - your help is essential and truly appreciated.

Efforts will continue, as part of long range plans and as a means of helping to serve young people and help move them forward to a bright future, to help provide musical instruments to music education programs in Haiti.  Its about kids reaching out to kids – through and about a mutual love of music.  YES MUSIC REALLY CAN MAKE A TRULY POSITIVE DIFFERENCE FOR KIDS. We seek to collect and deliver instruments, and everyone is welcome to participate. If you have any instruments of any kind to provide, new or used in good working condition, please contact 1308 today! The effort has been recognized and reported on by Voice of America radio and earned international notice, and with YOUR help we can get instruments into the hands of eager aspiring musicians!

Our sincere thanks for encouragement, support and participation to:
